You can now use our site to schedule, change or cancel routine appointments and doctor visits in real time, as well as accessing your appointment history.
In order to secure your information, you will need to sign in with your assigned "ID NUMBER" and a password, in order to access our appointment system. Sign on If you are new to the online appointment system, you will need to register and create an account on our site. Register now
You will require a unique account for each family member registered under the SIMNSA Health Plan.
If you wish to call our facilities and make any changes or cancel your scheduled appointments, the telephone numbers for our clinics are located in the Providers Directory.
You can schedule appointments with your primary care physician (PCP) with no restrictions; you will need a referral to make an appointment with a specialist. For routine lab analysis, you will need a referral with a General Doctor.
